Capitol Bridge is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead, develop, and direct our Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic, and results-driven professional who is passionate about attracting and retaining top talent in support of all our business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership as a partner and expert advisor in TA-related strategies and in developing best practices and solutions
  • Lead and direct a portfolio of TA projects aimed at designing for the future to improve recruitment processes and innovate the delivery of services continually
  • Leverage a balance of creativity and practicality to design, develop, and deploy processes and programs
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Develop and maintain a structured communications plan for leadership and client updates
  • Effectively coach and mentor colleagues and provide opportunities for collaboration, development, and upskilling to enhance the talent acquisition process
  • Executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services
  • Lead and direct performance management for the team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related area or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six years of professional experience
  • Minimum of five years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, including technologies
  • Prior experience in project management and delivery
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Experience influencing leaders and driving decision-making in a complex organization (preferred)
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically (preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for audiences of all levels (preferred)
  • Ability to own and drive complex, strategic solutions, be accountable for execution and outcomes, and make impactful decisions (preferred)
