The Summer 2023 Internship Program will start with 2 weeks of part time hours (20 hrs/week) from Monday, May 22 through Friday, June 2. The remainder of the program will be full time hours (40 hrs/week) from Monday, June 5 through Friday, August 4.
The People Operations team is focused on developing and implementing effective and scalable processes to support HR functions across the company while providing the best employee experience globally. You will have the opportunity to consolidate documents to make Workday the outstanding, central repository of people information to maintain people data and have it organized in an accessible way.
What you'll do
- Audit employment folders and Workday for active and terminated employees
- Eliminate duplicative documents that are already in Workday
- Upload documents into the accurate folders in Workday
- Actively participate in team meetings to learn more about HR policies and processes
This role requires
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with an expected graduation date between December 2023-June 2025
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- System oriented person
Bonus points if you have
- Interest in and excited to learn about human resources, people operations, or related fields
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or related systems
- Passion to improve the customer experience

Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 20.19 - $ 27
