This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

The Talent Coordinator plays an integral role on the talent acquisition team by providing support and coordination throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will provide world class customer service to internal stakeholders (Recruiters, HR and hiring managers) as well as ensure a superior candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

•   Responsible for support, coordination, and execution of activities such as interview scheduling, candidate communications, travel arrangements (when necessary), pre-employment screening and onboarding processes. 

•   Effectively communicate with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth process.

•   Manage sensitive information, requiring strict confidentiality.

•   Partner with the recruiter to ensure all candidates are receiving timely communication and having a superior interview experience.

•   Establish and maintain solid working relationships with stakeholders across multiple facilities.

•   High degree of interaction with internal and external candidates.

•   Process invoices and reconcile recruiting expenses.

•   Proactively identify and resolve issues.

•   Identify opportunities to improve practices and processes.

Experience Requirements

•   Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

•   Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment.

•   A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are an absolute must for this role. Ability to handle multiple priorities, calendars, and stakeholders at once with a focus on data accuracy

•   Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite – Outlook and Teams are core tools.

•   Excellent written and oral communication skills.

•   Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information.

•   A high tolerance for ambiguity and change.

•   Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
