About the team

MONITOR Product Team is looking to hire a Vice President to lead our DEI syndicated practice, with expertise and/or background in Hispanic consumer insights; Black Americans, Asian Americans, LGBTQ+, and People with Disabilities.

Kantar’s MONITOR offer is our subscription-based strategic insights and foresights platform that explores new sources of business growth and opportunity. It provides an effective means to track key marketplace dynamics and critical consumer attitudinal and value shifts that are reshaping the business environment. In addition, our Global MONITOR and Canada MONITOR products provide an understanding of the evolving state of diversity, equity and inclusion across Canada and in 30+ markets around the world. We focus on human insights, looking at what drives people in a variety of areas and roles (not just as consumers, but also as workers, audiences, within their family, and more).

  • Be on top of marketplace developments and trends in order to provide a good perspective on diverse consumer needs and aspirations. Keep an eye on businesses’ marketing approaches to identify best practices.
