Senior HR Manager

Some Of The Other Responsibilities Include
- Reporting into the Director, HR you will help us lead the implementation and delivery of day-to-day, People-related operations work including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Change Management and general People/HR efficiency factors.
- Acting as the Business Partner to management teams whilst ensuring operational workflow is aligned to the delivery of key people activities across the region and the associated verticals.
- Ensure quality, productivity and efficiency in all People-related workstreams and ultimately be responsible for delivering processes that align to Group strategy and best practices.
- Provide quality support to the HR Director in all generalist People activities for the designated group and maintain operational excellence.
You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
The average base salary pay range for this position is $100k to $120K
May be considered for a discretionary bonus
