Recruiting Manager - Corporate

- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding for select corporate positions and leadership positions at our hotels/resorts.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals.
- Craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Manage a high-volume requisition workload efficiently.
- Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a pipeline of talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and extend offers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.

- Proven experience as a Recruiter in hospitality or related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; iCIMS experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
