Job Description:

Alpine Physician Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position focuses on support of recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of employees. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also works closely with the Recruiting team to help create efficiencies, facilitate communications, manage and perform administrative tasks, and support special projects and assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recruiting support and participation in job postings, offer letters, attending recruiting events, scheduling interviews, process improvement projects, etc.
  • Work with external vendors for pre-employment process such as background checks, health screenings, DOT files, and assessment testing.
  • Act as a guide for candidates from the recruiting-to-onboarding process to create a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Drive Applicant Tracking System optimization and manage HR SharePoint page including communications, job description maintenance, and other functions as needed.
  • Assist with support of recruiting analytics packages, compliance reporting, employee surveys, and training and development initiatives, as well as other special projects.
  • Management of job boards, social media, and other attraction vehicles to ensure ROI.

About You

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum Three years’ experience in a Human Resources department or related work experience
  • Workday experience, preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to successfully build cross-functional relationships and provide excellent service
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to flex into responsibilities outside of the role to support business growth and adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated initiative, able to function independently with minimal supervision but seek supporting coaching where needed
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality
