Role & Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies on resource planning, performance management, compliances, etc
- Execute various HR tasks and develop/maintain its related HR documents (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, exit interviews, etc.)
- Prepare various HR announcements intended for internal and external parties
- Respond to various inquiries such as, but not limited to, benefits, payroll information from prospective and current employees across various communication channels (e.g., email, phone)
- Handle various HR related cases in timely manner with accuracy (e.g., benefits enrollment/updates, case reviews, conduct investigations)
- Assist with recruitment tasks as needed (e.g., application reviews, interviews)
- Represent the employees as needed for certain HR matters
- Ensure proper communication protocols are followed for both internal and external stakeholders
- Promptly escalate any items requiring management’s attention
- Administer vacation days and sick days for the employees
- Gather and maintain personal documents and records in the available HR information system
- Perform other duties as needed
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or above required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with prioritization based on the urgency
- Ability to build and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners
- Disciplined, self-motivated and carries a keen analytical mindset
- Driven to learn and absorb information about our industry at a rapid pace
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations and environments
- Able to think creatively and present tested, out-of-the-box solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Works well under pressure and easily adapts to changes in priorities
- Attention to details – High level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Exhibit a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
Other Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
- Candidate must be within a commutable driving distance to Greenville, SC and is expected to commute as needed
- No restrictions for overseas business trip
- Background check and drug test
